Our goal has been to serve the freshest, best tasting Mexican food possible. It is our honor to meet you at Kirby Ice House to experience for yourself our unique style of Mexican food. We use only the finest & freshest ingredients and all our food is made fresh when you order. We hand roll each of our flour tortillas one-at-a-time. We squeeze fresh limes daily to make our margaritas, just as we did the day we opened almost 30 years ago.
